Your Business Plan™ is headed by Dr. Jozef Thomasse. He is an experienced Business Leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing organisational turnaround (culture and financial), leadership transformation, people management and coaching/mentoring strategies in multi-billion Rand operations. With more than 30 years’ experience in executive, strategic, business planning and operational activities across a variety of industries - including heavy engineering, electricity generation, civil construction, transport and logistics, commercial vehicle retail and human resources management - he played a significant role in transforming non-business cultures to profit-driven entities, with the emphasis on “creating a competitive advantage through people”. As a member of various Boards of Directors, he advised and implemented, from Board Level, all functional areas of industrial relations and collective bargaining, collaborative mechanisms, performance development, staffing strategies and remuneration systems.

With thorough experience and knowledge of profit and loss, budgetary and financial management and having been personally involved with the implementation of quality systems and Service Level Agreements, Dr. Thomasse and his team is well placed to support your business venture with a wide variety of skills and knowledge. Our team of independent Management Consultants, Research Assistants and Business Plan Consultants have extensive experience working in the disciplines of HR, General Management, Sales and Marketing Management, Operations- and Project Management. Dr. Thomasse is supported by Ms. Danelle Wolmarans. Following the successful attainment of her Law degree, Danelle spent several years practising law at some of the leading law firms in South Africa. Her experience was gained in the fields of Labour Law, Estate Law, Contract Law and Information Technology. She spent 3 years living and working in the UK, during which time she gained invaluable experience in various legislative aspects.

In addition to her law degree, she is also a qualified Labour Law Practitioner. She is extremely knowledgeable in the fields of Service Level Agreements, Project Management, Contract Law and Management and Commercial Litigation. Some of the most notable clients she has worked with include Local Government Departments, Aveng Grinikar-LTA, Fraser-Alexander, First Quantum Minerals International and SAB-Miller Africa.
