How the Process Works:
We believe in quality, professionalism and keeping things simple. We have a dynamic process that will deliver the business plan to you in an electronic format, including all financial spreadsheets and graphs:
STEP 1: Information Gathering
We need to fully understand your intended business venture, financial model, business model and your plans for future growth. We gather in-depth insight into your business through the following comprehensive approach:
* Meeting 1 - Discuss your business model and gain as much initial information as possible
* Completion of the first draft of your business plan
* Meeting 2 - Discuss your financial model and projections
* Completion of the final draft of your business plan
* Meeting 3 - Concluding discussion and amendments to business plan (if required)
In addition to the above, subsequent information needed will be gathered either from research, telephone conversations, email correspondence, and/or Skype sessions in order to gain a thorough understanding of your unique requirements and intended business venture.
STEP 2: Preparation and Client Consultation
We combine the information you provide with our experience to develop a tailor made business plan and financial forecasts for your intended business venture. STEP 3: Compilation and Completion
